Upon receipt of your suggestion / complaint, our designated staff, who is independent from this incident, will promptly carry out a review and provide you a final response within seven days of our receipt of your letter/fax/email. If he/she needs more than seven days to complete the review, he/she will provide you an acknowledgement letter while the final response will be followed within thirty days of our receipt of your letter/fax/email. The result of the review will be reported to our management and will be used for our improvement of standard of services. Thank you for your kind attention
